Main Screen, choose Inventory and Service Management.
Next, select Inventory Group Maintenance.
Select the Item Group.
Proceed to Page 2 of the next screen.
Select the Manufacturer Working from the Primary or Secondary reference and top down, click on the arrow to its' right.

The next screens provide the full list of manufacturers the Sage system supports for item groups.view options and make a selection.
