Control Panel
To begin we will want to ensure that the Repair Order Printer is working with the Operating System of the connection machine.
Access the Windows Start Menu by clicking the Windows Symbol.

Test Print - Repair Order Printer
From the Devices and Printers section of Control Panel, right click the Repair Order printer and click ‘Printer Properties’
Select the General tab, then ‘Print Test Page’ at the bottom right of the window
If a test print is successful within Windows/Control Panel, access a Repair Order within Driverse and attempt to print a test by clicking the ‘Print’ button.
