Locate the Caps Lock key on the keyboard. If a light is shown on the key, it indicates Caps Lock is currently enabled. Press the Caps Lock key on the keyboard to disable it.
If there is no light on the Caps Lock key, try typing in an email or other program. If the typed text is in Capital CAPITAL letters, it indicates that Caps Lock is enabled. Press the Caps Lock key on the keyboard to disable it.
Once the Caps Lock has been disabled, try scanning again. If the issue remains, follow the stesp steps in teh the Power Cycle the Scanner section.

Reconnect the USB cable to the computer.
If needed, move the USB cable to a different USB port on the computer.

Disconnect the base from the power outlet. Wait 5-10 seconds.

If needed, move the USB cable from the base to a different USB port on the computer.

Navigate to the Windows Start Menu:
Windows 11 Start Icon: Located in either the bottom center or bottom right left of the screen
Windows 10 Start Icon: Typically located in the lower left cornerSearch for ‘Notepad'
Open Notepad and test scanning a barcode.
The scanning result should be <coupon> (coupon = the name of the official coupon)
IF there is no result from scanning - Contact Support
IF there is a result when scanning that has ‘< >’
