Verify the printer is connected to power and all cables are secure.
Verify the printer has no error indicators displayed on the LCD screen.

To begin we will want to ensure that the Repair Order Printer is working with the Operating System of the connection machine.

Confirm the printer is showing as active and not offline (greyed out).

Confirmed printer is not in an ‘Error’ state.

Setting Repair Order Printer as Default Printer
If the Repair Order printer is not set as the default printer, right click the desired Repair Order printer and click ‘Set as Default Printer’.
