Open the notepad Notepad application from the computer Windows start menu. Perform a test scan in notepad, the scan results should return and display similar to below:

  3. Put the scanner on the cradle to pair the scanner to the cradle

  5. Put the scanner on the cradle to resync the scanner and cradle

  6. Plug in the connection cable from cradle to computer.

Check control panel, it should show as a keyboard at the top
