For our existing customers that choose to add Driverse access, the turnaround will be three days. For new customers, the expected turnaround is five days.
Internet connectivity is required, and our customers should ensure that they have a reasonable internet connection, and wherever possible it is always good practice to have a secondary, even if it is via a cell phone provider and a cell phone.
Any Chromium-based browser such as Chrome or Microsoft Edge can be used. It is recommended that Google Chrome be used as the default browser for optimum Driverse customer experience.

The server and workstations must still be on the same network that connects to the internet when running Invomax. There is no central server which connects to Driverse, therefore, each individual install of Invomax, will have the ability to connect to Driverse directly.
With the first release of Driverse, data stored with Invomax by our customers will not be migrated. Plans for data migration will be shared with our customers as the plans are developed.
Our customers will have access to updated diagrams immediately immediately after they are provided to our automotive data supplier by the manufacturers.
Driverse gets vehicle information from our automotive data supplier, Motor, and it in turn it gets its data directly from the manufacturers.
The data that is available to our customers depend on the manufacturer and whether they provide it.
The ability for our customers to add vehicles to Driverse is not part of this release.
No, not in the first release of Driverse. For the first release, after a customer purchases the Driverse add-on, their Driverse license is activated. After Invomax 11814 is installed and opened after license activation, the Driverse button will be available to access Driverse. Please note that internet connectivity is required for the license activation to be detected and the Driverse button to be available.
Yes, after license activation and reopening of Invomax, customers will see the Driverse “D” in Invomax 11814 and be able to use it to access Driverse from multiple computers as long as each computer is updated to Invomax 11814.
Note: Each time the Driverse button is selected, a new instance of Driverse will open in the default browser.
In the first release of Driverse, customers will not access Driverse by logging into an account, so no logout can occur. The session will timeout after a long period of inactivity and the session will end if internet connectivity is lost.
