Driverse Guide: Navigating the Estimator Page

After a vehicle has been selected, the Estimator page will open.
Vehicle Information | Information regarding the current vehicle (Year, Make, Model, Submodel, Engine) |
New Vehicle Button | Navigates back to the vehicle selection page to allow for a new vehicle selection |
Services Tab | Displays service groups which can be expanded to display subgroups. |
Estimate Tab | Displays items added from the services tab with their corresponding hours/quantity and rates/prices. |
Search Field | Allows for the search of the services and parts available for the selected vehicle. |
To find a service using the service groups:
Select a service group.
Select a subgroup.
Select a subcategory.
Select a specific service. The services results panel will now be populated with:
the labor and the recommended labor hours for the service;
the associated parts for the completion of the service and the recommended price for the parts;
any additional labor and parts (not in all instances);
a diagrams icon that will open a window to search for related vehicle documents;
an Add button to add the labor or parts cost to the estimate;
an hide/unhide icon to collapse or expand section details.
To find a service using the search field:
Click in the search field.
Type into the field:
Search for a service for selected vehicle by keyword(s);
Search for any part by part number.
Select the magnifying glass or press enter on the keyboard. Results will appear in the service list panel.
Estimate Tab
At any time while in the services tab, click on the estimate tab to view or edit services that were added from the services tab or to add items manually.
