Driverse Guide: Navigating the Help Pages

Selecting the help icon in Driverse, opens the Driverse help page which contains a variety of customer help resources. 

The help page opens in a new browser tab and the Driverse tab remains open and can be selected at any time to continue working in Driverse. 

Right Panel

The Driverse Help page has two panels. The right panel contain links to help resources by resource type.


Click on a link to view the resources available for a specific resource type. Use the browsers back button to return to the previous page or use the page navigation. 

Search Feature

After returning to the Driverse main help page, use the search field to find help resources on a specific topic using a keyword:

  1. Enter the keyword in the search field.

     

  2. Click on the search button or press enter on the keyboard. A list of help resources is now available to choose from. 

     

  3. Review the results. Select the result that best matches the information. (Returning to the previous page can be done using the browsers back button.)

Tip: Quickly find the keyword in longer pages by using the browsers search feature:

  1. In Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, go to the main menu and select Find or Find on Page respectively.

     

  2. Type the keyword. The first instance of the keyword is located and highlighted. If there is another instance, use navigation arrows to skip to next instance.

     

  3. Close the Find field when done.

  4. Return to the Driverse Help main page using the page navigation. 

Left Panel

The left panel allows for the viewing of all help pages. Click on the carat by the page name to hide and unhide the list of pages available under that page. A bullet instead of a dot indicates there are no additional pages to view under that page. Select the desired page and it will open in the right panel. 

Left panel options:

  • Click the Collapse/Expand icon to hide and unhide the left panel;

  • Click and drag the right side of the panel to resize. (Mouse pointer will change to display a double-arrow icon.

  • Click and drag the scroll bar to pan view up and down the left panel.
