Key Features & Improvements

Key Features

  • Added Multi-Factor Authentication support for Fingerprint Readers. Users who have access to restricted areas of the system will now be prompted for a one time password like regular password users.

  • When emailing receipts to the customer at the time of service, subscription agreements are now included and sent as a PDF attachment.

  • Agreements can now be printed on the Receipt for completed tickets.

Improvements

  • We’ve improved the automatic calculation logic for count based gift cards. This is now the preferred configuration method for Count Based Cards.

  • We updated the subscription edit form to include addition information. See below for more info!

     The lower left corner shows where any new credit card tokens will be created.

    • Under the Delete Credit Card button, the authorization account used to create the current token is now shown.

  • Added additional fields to Recharge Reports (Notes and image below)

    • Added the authorization account code for the account being used to recharge the subscription.

    • Added Failed Tries - The number of of attempts to recharge the subscription this billing cycle.

       

  • Dashboard - Added Deferred Transactions tab to allow monitoring of Deferred Authorizations / Store and Forward Transactions

    • “Transactions are Stored” message is showed when the NETePay Server is storing transactions.

    • “Service Stopped” message is showed when the eGenuity Deferred Authorization Manager windows service has not updated the database in the past 4 minutes.

Additional Changes

  • Added terminal swiping message to gift card sale forms when there is an active terminal. The message reads "Please swipe card on terminal before entering an amount". This informs the user that they must swipe the card first rather than entering the amount first because the terminal captures all keyboard strokes while active.

  • Daily Summary Report no longer includes the Central Office store since the report already summarizes for central.

  • Improved credit card handling for handheld tablet solution

  • Improved handling of highlighting car wash options in ezCarQ
