QT POS: Adding Customer Notes

Customer comments are only visible internally.


To add customer notes:

  1. From the Main Menu, select Cash Register Mode.

     

  2. Select Bay Screen.

     

  3. Choose a customer from the Invoice column.

    • Choosing a cash register icon will take you directly to the check-out screen.

    • Selecting a car icon or estimate icon will take you to the Services page where you can add a service or click the Cancel button. Either will then take you to the check-out page.

       

  4. On the check-out screen, click on the Comment button.

     

  5. Enter customer comments in the Customer Comments fields orclick on the arrow to choose from saved custom comments.

     

  6. Click OK to save.

Comments entered here are only visible to the internal team.
