Emailing Invoices

Emailing Customer Invoices requires a hosted email server. Customers can opt to user their own email server or subscribe to Sage’s Email Server for $10 per month.

• Flexible Email Formats and Setup

  • Email formats can be customized using any text or HTML editor. The appearance of the email is stored in an HTML file located on your computer.

• Email Capture on Check-in and also Check-out

• Options for Customer Invoice to Print, Email or Both. In QuickTouch, during customer invoicing:

  • Select a pay type

  • Click on ‘Print Invoice’

  • Choose to Print, Email or Both

  • If email is chosen your customers will receive an email message based on your setup including an attachment of their actual invoice.
