To enable the ability to print an invoice at any time during the ticket process, all that is necessary is changing one setting in eLube. The setting is enabled by Store and not the entire Chain.
Open eLube software
Select ‘System Maintenance’ from top panel menu
Select ‘My Business’ from left panel menu
Click on ‘Stores’ icon
Double-click on appropriate Store to enable editing
Select ‘Business Operations’ tab
Select ‘Security Settings’ tab
Invoice Preferences:
Print Invoice At Any Time: Select to enable
Select ‘Save (F5)’
Select ‘Close (Esc)’
