IMPORTANT NOTE: Customer will also need to provide their Service List (or picture of their shop’s menu board/brochure), Service Checklist and Disclaimer information, along with a shop logo file. We do not use forms for these items, instead we request the customer provide them.

Hardware Requirements:

Used to confirm that your hardware meets specifications.

Readiness Checklist (Location is ready for install):

  • Must be reviewed and completed a minimum of 2 weeks prior to installation.

  • Any items on the checklist that do not apply, you may right “n/a” next to.

Inventory Worksheet (Excel Spreadsheet):

Provide installation team parts information. Example: oils, wipers, etc.
