In instances where the credit card checkout button no longer appears, checking settings within eLube is necessary.
eLube Desktop Software
Open eLube software
Select ‘System Maintenance’ from top panel menu
Select ‘Customizations /Layouts’ from left panel menu
Click on ‘Operations Buttons’ icon
Select appropriate Store from drop-down menu
Select ‘Load’
Select ‘Check Out Buttons’ tab
Verify Credit is set to ‘Use Default’
Select ‘Save (F5)’ if changes made
Select ‘Close (Esc)’ if no changes made
eLube Tablet Software
Determine Touch Screen Layout
Open eLube software
Select ‘System Maintenance’ from top panel menu
Select ‘Hardware’ from left panel menu
Click on ‘Workstations’ icon
Double-click on appropriate workstation
Select ‘Business Operations Settings’ tab
Touch Screen Layout: Make note of selection
Select ‘Close (Esc)’
Verify Touch Screen Layout Settings
Select ‘Customizations /Layouts’ from left panel menu
Click on ‘Touch Screen Layouts’ icon
Double-click on appropriate layout
Select ‘Check Out Page’ tab
Verify Credit is set to ‘Use Default’
Select ‘Save (F5)’ if changes made
Select ‘Close (Esc)’ if no changes made
Verify Payment Methods
Select ‘Financial’ from left panel menu
Click on ‘Payment Methods’ icon
Double-click desired credit card
Select ‘General Settings' tab
Verify Is Hidden? is NOT selected
Select ‘Store Settings’ tab
Verify Is Enabled? IS selected
Repeat steps for each credit card brand
