  1. Open eGenuity Software

  2. Select Business Management from the top panel menu

  3. Select Customer Relations from the left panel menu

  4. Click on the SnapStorm Cards Icon

Balance Lookup

  1. Enter the Card Number

  2. Click on Get Balance

  3. This will bring up the current Balance and Gift Card Details

Adjust Balance

  1. To Adjust the Balance click on Adjust Balance at the bottom of the screen

    1. Original Amount: Current Gift Card Balance

    2. Adjustment: Enter the additional Balance you would like to add to the Gift Card

    3. Final Amount: Balance of Original Amount and Adjustment

    4. Reason: Enter a reason for the Adjustment

    5. Select OK (F5)

Detail Report

  1. To populate a report of the Gift Card Detail History Select the Detail Report Buttonat the bottom of the screen.

Replace Card

  1. Select the Replace Card Button at the bottom of the screen

  2. Fill in the below fields

    1. New Card Number

    2. Retype Card Number

    3. Reason: Detail of why the Card was replaced.

      1. Example; Broken Magnetic Stripe

  3. Select OK (F5)
