1. Access the Windows Start Menu by clicking the Windows icon. The icon and its location will differ depending on the computer’s Operating System.

2. Once the Windows Start Menu opens, click Settings. If Settings is not displayed, type Settings into the search bar.

3. When Settings opens, click Devices. For Windows 11, click Bluetooth & devices as shown below.

4. Click Printers & scanners.

5. The Printers & scanners page will display all printers and scanners detected by the computer.
