  1. When Settings opens, click Devices. For Windows 11, click Bluetooth & devices as shown below.

  2. Click Printers & scanners.

  3. The Printers & scanners page will display all printers and scanners detected by the computer. If your repair order printer is not listed, try moving the USB cable to a different USB port on the computer.
