If reports, receipts, and/or work orders are not printing, the issue could lie with Windows or a setting within eLube software. Basic troubleshooting steps may resolve the issue quickly.
Verify Printer Power
Check each end of power cord for firm connection both at printer and power outlet
Confirm printer is power switch is in the ON position
Verify Printer Cable (Stand-alone)
Check each end of printer cable for firm connection at both printer and computer
Verify Ethernet Connection (Network)
Check ethernet cable for firm connection into ethernet port on printer
Confirm printer is seen on network from another workstation on the network
Verify Wi-Fi Connection (Wireless)
From another workstation on the network, confirm printer is seen on the network through Devices and Printers within Control Panel
