To access vehicle history from the Bay Screen:
From the Cash Register Menu, select Bay Screen.
Click on the License Plate button under the Service History column. This will open the vehicle’s service history.
Check-Out Screen
To access vehicle history during customer check-out:
Go to the checkout screen by clicking

on the Vehicle button under the Invoice column. (You can also select an estimate which will take you directly to the Check-out screen.)
Choosing a cash register icon will take you directly to the check-out screen.
Selecting a car icon or estimate icon will take you to the Services page where you can add a service or click the Cancel button. Either will then take you to the check-out page.
Select the History button at the bottom of the screen (labeled “Hist”). This will take you to the vehicle history page.
