Vehicle history can be accessed either on the Bay Screen or during the check-out process. Both methods are outlined below.
Bay Screen
To access vehicle history from the Bay Screen:
From the Cash Register Menu, select Bay Screen to access tickets.
Select the license plate Click on the License Plate button under the Service History column (second column) to open that . This will open the vehicle’s service history.
Check-Out Screen
To access vehicle history during Customer Check-Out:

Select a ticket to check-out.

Confirm or make any necessary service adjustments and select the forward arrow.

customer check-out:
Go to the checkout screen by clicking Click on the Vehicle button under the Invoice column. (You can also select an estimate which will take you directly to the Check-out screen.)
Choosing a cash register icon will take you directly to the check-out screen.
Selecting a car icon or estimate icon will take you to the Services page where you can add a service or click the Cancel button. Either will then take you to the check-out page.
Select the History button at the bottom of the screen (labeled “Hist”).
