Tank Logs are created to help keep track of large bulk tanks that may be buried underground.
Tank Log Setup
Open eGenuity Software
Select Inventory Management from the top Menu
Select My Store Inventory from the left panel menu
Clock on the Tank Logs icon
Select Add
Enter the Tank Code
Select the Store from the menu
Fill in Tank Size
Select Item Code
Select Reading Unit (inches, gallons, etc.)
Select the amount of Guns that are pulling from the tank
Fill in a descriptor of where the guns are located
Fill in the Reading Unit
Select Save
Entering Tank Logs
Open Business Operations Software
Select the Operations Tab
Select Tank Logs
The Tank Log Screen will open
Enter the Reading for all Tanks
Enter any Necessary Comments for all Tanks
Enter the Reading and Comments for Each Gun
Select Save
