Take 5 - Reset Password
To reset a Driverse user password:
On the Driverse login page, click the Forgot your password? link. The User Details page will open.
Enter the appropriate user email address which needs the password reset.
Click the Send verification code button. Driverse will send an email containing a verification code to reset the password to the designated user email address.
Check the email inbox of the designated user for the Driverse verification code email. If the Driverse verification code email is not in the main email inbox, check any junk or spam email folders. If the email from Driverse can’t be located, click the Send new code button in the User Details page.
In the User Details page, paste or type the provided verification code into the Verification Code field.
Click the Verify code button. The verification code from Driverse is time-sensitive and will expire after a few minutes. If the verification code has expired, click the Send new code button to be sent a new Driverse verification code email.
The User Details page will indicate that the designated email address has been verified. Click the Continue button.
If the password reset for the displayed user email address was done in error, click the < Cancel link and log into Driverse using the existing password. To change the user email address needing the password reset, click the Change e-mail button, then repeat steps 2 – 6.
In the User Details page, enter a new password for the designated user email address into the New Password field. Driverse requires user passwords to be a minimum of 8 characters in length and must contain a number, uppercase letter, lowercase letter, and a special character.
10. Enter the new password into the Confirm New Password field, then click the Continue button.
11. The password reset is complete, and the designated user will be automatically logged into Driverse.
