Add / Edit Printers

  1. Open eGenuity software

  2. Select System Maintenance from top panel menu

  3. Select Hardware from left panel menu

  4. Click on Store Printers icon

a. If the printer exists, double-click on desired printer to enable editing

b. Select Add (F4) to create a new printer

c. Complete the following fields:

i. Store: Select Store from drop-down menu

ii. Store Printer Code: Enter code that refers to specific use of printer

iii. Description: Enter brief of description to explain type or location

iv. Printer Model: From the drop-down menu, select Windows Printer

d. Save (F5)
