Business Operations: Loyalty Discount
• Note: Applies only if using Loyalty Points feature
1. Open eLube/Business Operations
2. Select Home tab
3. Select New Ticket Wizard
a. Select search filter from drop-down menu
b. Enter customer search criteria
c. Click on binoculars to conduct search
d. From search results, select This Customer This Vehicle, New Customer, This Customer New Vehicle, This Vehicle New Customer
i. If New Customer selected
1. Customer /Driver (Adding) window displays
a. Enter name and any other required information
b. Save (F5)
2. Sale Wizard (Vehicle)window displays
a. Enter vehicle information
b. Save (F5)
e. Enter password, if prompted
f. New Sale Wizard window displays i. Enter Vehicle Odometer and other required fields (PO Number, Authorization Code, etc.) ii. Next (F5)
g. Add service, or other sales item(s) that have loyalty points assigned to the ticket
h. Next (F5)
4. Click on Checkout button
a. If customer has Loyalty Points
i. Loyalty Program window displays
ii. Select whether to apply applicable discount to the ticket or not
iii. Save (F5)
b. Select payment method
i. Follow wizard instructions for payment method selected
