QuickTouch FAQ: How do you view inventory quantities on hand?

There are two main ways to access quantities within your inventory. You can go to either:

  • Inventory Adjustments;

  • Item Listing Reports.

Inventory Adjustments

  1. From the Main Menu, access Inventory & Service Management.

     

  2. On the next screen, choose Inventory Functions.

     

  3. Then, select Inventory Adjustments on the next screen.

     

  4. On the next screen, enter the Stock Number to see the quantities on hand.

Item Listing Report

  1. From the Main Menu, choose Inventory & Service Management.

     

  2. Next, choose Inventory Reporting.

     

  3. Then the Item Listing Report.

     

  4. Make adjustments as indicated. Preview or print.
