QuickTouch FAQ: How do you turn off the printing of reports associated with closing out the week, month or year?

To turn off the printing of reports associated with closing out the week, month or year:

  1. From the Main Menu, select System Management.

     

  2. Next, select General Setup Options.

     

  3. Then select from Week-End, Month End, or Year-End setup.

     

  4. On the next screen, select which reports you wish to print with the Week-End setup (example) by selecting Yes or No.



Save time by choosing only those reports you need. The steps are the same for Month-End and Year-End. DON’T FORGET TO CLICK OK.
