QuickTouch FAQ: How do you view the shop's busiest times?

To view the shop’s busiest times:

1. From the Main Menu, select Marketing Management.

2. On the next screen, choose one of the following:

• Option 5, for Day of the Week Report
  Day of Week report lists the number and percentages of customers for each day of the week for the date range indicated. This report will be more useful run over several week periods with a Monday starting date and a Sunday end date.

• Option 7, Time of Day Analysis
  Time of Day Analysis Lists the number and percentages of customers for each hour of the day for the date range indicated. This report will be more useful run over several week periods with a Monday starting date and a Sunday end date.

• Option 8, Time of Day by Weekday
  Time of Day by Weekday report shows a comparison of car counts for each weekday against the same day in previous weeks for the specified date range. This report is useful for planning employee schedules and controlling labor costs.
