Vehicle history can be accessed either on the Bay Screen or during check-out as outlined below.
Bay Screen
To access vehicle history from the Bay Screen:
From the Cash Register Menu, select Bay Screen to access tickets.
Select the license plate button under the Service History column (second column) to open that vehicle’s service history.
Check-Out Screen
To access vehicle history during Customer Check-Out:
Select a ticket to check-out.
Confirm or make any necessary service adjustments and select the forward arrow.
Select the History button at the bottom of the screen (labeled “Hist”).
