Here is how to add Customer Comment:

  1. From the Main Menu, select Cash Register Mode.

2. On the next screenNext, choose Bay Screen to get to your and access the daily customer transaction area.

3. Choose the ticket you wish to add comments tofor customer comments.

4. On the next screen, choose Next, click the Forward arrow.
