Creating customer comments that are only visible internally and not printed is quick and easy.
From the Main Menu, select Cash Register Mode.
2. On the next screen, choose Bay Screen to get to your daily customer transaction area.
3. Choose the ticket you wish to add comments to.
4. On the next screen, choose the Forward arrow.
5. On the next screen, you will see Customer Comments. Any comments entered here are only visible to the internal team.
