Create Invoice

  1. Open eGenuity software

  2. Select Accounts Receivable from top panel menu

  3. Select My Accounts from left panel menu

  4. Click on Accounts Receivable icon

a. Select Search (F7)

i. If necessary, complete the required search criteria. Dependent upon number of existing accounts ii. Double-click on desired account to enable editing

5. Select Tickets tab

a. From: Using the drop-down calendar, select beginning date

b. To: Using the drop-down calendar, select the end date

c. Click Show Tickets button

i. Select each ticket, from results, to include in the invoice

d. Click on Save to PDF button

e. Name the file and designate location to save the file

i. File has been saved window displays

ii. Select Ok

f. Close (Esc)
