Setup and General Information

  1. Open eGenuity software

  2. Select System Maintenance from top panel menu

  3. Select My Business from left panel menu

  4. Click on Stores icon

  5. Double-click on the desired store to enable editing

6. Select the Address tab and complete the following fields:

a. Chain ID: A unique number provided by eGenuity. Unable to change

b. Store ID: A unique number provided by eGenuity. Unable to change

c. District: If applicable, select the appropriate District from the drop-down menu

• Add a District in System Maintenance My Business District

d. Name: Enter the name of the store

e. Address, City, State, & Zip: Enter the address of the store

f. Country: From the drop-down list, select the Country where the store is located

g. Contact Information: Enter the contact information of the store’s primary contact

h. Remit: Enter the mailing address for statement

7. Select the Hours of Operation tab

a. Complete the following fields:

i. Select each day of the week the store is open for business

ii. Enter the open and close time for each day

• Note: These settings directly affect inventory ordering and the employee time clock
