Customer comments are only visible internally.


Here is how to add Customer Comment:

  1. From the Main Menu, select Cash Register Mode.

2. Next, choose Bay Screen and access the daily customer transaction area.

3. Choose the ticket for customer comments.

4. Next, click the Forward arrow.

5. Enter notes within the Customer Comments space.
