1. Open eLube/Business Operations software

2. Select Home tab

3. Select New Ticket Wizard (Ctrl+W)

a. Select search filter from drop-down menu

b. Enter customer search criteria

c. Click on binoculars to conduct search

d. From search results, select This Customer This Vehicle, New Customer, This Customer New Vehicle, This Vehicle New Customer

i. If New Customer is selected

a. Customer /Driver (Adding) window displays, Enter name and any other required information b. Save (F5)

ii. Sale Wizard (Vehicle) window displays

a. Enter vehicle information

b. Save (F5)

e. Step 1: Select the service from the list

i. Highlight desired service

1. To adjust price, if applicable, select Override (F6)

ii. Select Next (F5)

4. Add other services, items, discounts, coupons, etc. to ticket by selecting appropriate buttons, if desired

5. Service Team window may display (based on Store’s configuration)

a. Select Top, Bottom, Manager, and/or Service member from drop-down menu, if necessary

6. Click on Checkout button

a. Select Gift Card (F7)

i. Follow wizard instructions for payment

7. Click on Checkout (F10) to complete ticket
