Fleet Account Number Maintenance

To align fleet account numbers in Sage with the account numbers/codes of other programs or platforms (ex: MFC, QuickBooks, etc.):

  1. From the Main Menu select Fleet Account Management.

2. Next. select Fleet Account Maintenance.

3. Select the Fleet.

4. On the next screen, edit Account # to align with all systems. Press OK to save changes, or Cancel to exit without saving.
