QT Fleet: Account Inquiry

Fleet Account Inquiry allows you to view all payment, credit, debit, or invoicing activity for a particular account for any date range.

From the Main Menu, choose Fleet Account Management then Account Inquiry. A list of your fleet accounts will be displayed, choose an account.

The Account Inquiry page provides fields to indicate a specific date range. This allows you to view all activity for the fleet account during the entered date range, as well as forward and ending balances.

Use the arrow buttons to scroll through the displayed account activity.

Click the Print button to print out the account’s activity for the selected date range.
