QuickTouch FAQ: How do you make changes in Epicor?

Existing Epicor settings can be adjusted to meet the individual needs of the shop.

To make changes in Epicor:

1. From the Main Menu, select Cash Register Mode and then Bay Screen.

2. Click on the an estimate from the list. (notepad icon)

3. Click on either Labor or Parts. At the prompt, select Epicor.

4. Select Settings from the top of the next screen.

5. Login with the location’s Epicor credentials.

6. On the next screen, select Configure.

7. Scroll to the Labor Rate Per Hour to make any changes needed.

8. Scroll to Selling Prices to make any changes.

9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit.

Changes in Epicor are immediate. Do not proceed until changes are ready to be applied.
