FAQ: Clear User Lockout
After a predefined number of login attempts, set in the Stores portion of eLube, a user is locked out of the system. To clear the account lockout and allow the user to log into the eLube software, perform the steps as outlined.
Instructions
Open eLube software
Select ‘System Maintenance’ from top panel menu
Select ‘Employees / Security’ from left panel menu
Click on Employees icon
Double-click on appropriate employee to enable editing
Select ‘Security’ tab
Select ‘Clear Lockout’ button
The ‘Clear Lockout’ confirmation window displays
Select ‘Yes’
Click ‘Save(F5)’
Close Employee (Editing) window
