FAQ: Print Invoice at Any Time

To enable the ability to print an invoice at any time during the ticket process, all that is necessary is changing one setting in eLube. The setting is enabled by Store and not the entire Chain.

  1. Open eLube software

  2. Select ‘System Maintenance’ from top panel menu

     

  3. Select ‘My Business’ from left panel menu

  4. Click on ‘Stores’ icon

    1. Double-click on appropriate Store to enable editing

       

    2. Select ‘Business Operations’ tab

    3. Select ‘Security Settings’ tab

       

      1. Invoice Preferences:

        1. Print Invoice At Any Time: Select to enable

        2. Select ‘Save (F5)’

        3. Select ‘Close (Esc)’
